오늘은 기대하고 기대하던 로마 투어의 날!!

다른 어떤날보다 아침 일찍 일어나서 준비를 하고, 조식을 먹고 투어 준비를 마쳤어요.

다른 일행들도 로마 투어가 기대가 되었던건지... 다들 일찍부터 서두르는 모습이 느껴졌어요.

첫번째 "진실의 입" 과 "산타마리아 인 코스메딘 성당"로 이동했어요.

​

이동중 곳곳에 보이는 로마 소나무가 무척 기억에 남아요.

길쭉하게 뻗은 시원한 소나무, 우리나라의 소나무와는 완전 다른 모습이더라구요.

로마군인들이 전쟁중에 이동하면서도 이 소나무를 심었고, 그늘을 찾아보기 힘든 원정길을 나설때마다 소나무 그늘에서 쉬어가며 이동을 했다고 해요.

 

 

 

진실의 입은 영화 "로마의 휴일"에서만 보았는데, 실제로 보니 무시무시하네요.

진실의 입은 산타마리아 인 코스메딘 교회 입구에 1.5m의 커다란 대리석 원반에 바다의 신 트리톤의 얼굴이 새겨져 있어요.

사실 "로마의 휴일" 영화에서 봤을때는 그냥 웃고 넘겼지만...

실제 트리톤의 입속에 손을 갖다 넣으려는데...

기분이 이상하게 섬짓섬짓, 멈짓멈짓!!.

손을 넣었다가, 손을 빼보면 아무것도 아닌 것을... 잠시 머뭇거렸네요.

지금 생각해보면 아마도 바다의 신 트리톤의 커다란 얼굴크기에 기가 눌려서 그런 듯 ^^

진실의 입 앞에는 사진을 찍기 위해서 많은 사람들이 줄을 서있었어요.

암묵적으로 뒤에 줄을 선 사람에게 카메라를 맡기며 찍는 분위기 였어요.

우리 일행들은 제일 마지막에 줄을 서신분이 고맙게도 솔선수범 하셔서 일행들 사진을 모두 찍어주셨고, 그 분의 사진은 가이드가 찍어주었답니다.

한 분의 도움으로 많은 사람들이 시간도 절약하고, 편안하게 촬영을 잘 했어요.

 

진실의 입에서 사진을 찍고, 산타마리아 인 코스메딘 성당안을 둘러 보았어요.

작은 크기의 성당에 사람들이 조용하게 한 바퀴 둘러보고 나갔고, 반달곰지구여행도 조용히 사진 몇 장을 찍고 성당 밖으로 나왔답니다.

로마에서는 개인용 수신기를 받아서 귀에 꼽고 다니면서 투어를 즐겼어요.

로마는 도시 자체가 박물관 이다보니 수신기를 통해서 가이드의 설명도 자세히 들을 수 있어서 아주 편하고 좋았답니다.

계속 수신기를 사용하고 싶다는 생각이 들었어요. ^^

블랙 벤츠 승합차가 여러대 준비 되어 있었고, 6~8명 정도 함께 차를 타고 로마 투어를 시작 ♥

벤츠 투어 첫번째 장소인 "판테온" 으로 이동합니다.

판테온도 영화에서만 보던 곳인데, 실제로 보니 입이 떠억~ 벌어질 정도로 멋있어요.

로마의 모든 신들에게 바치는 신전인 판테온은 벽면에 창문이 없고, 가운데 돔 부분에 9m의 천창뿐이라서, 오로지 빛은 그 곳 으로만 들어오게 되어 있답니다.

9m의 오쿨루스 천창을 통해서 들어오는 빛은 생각했던 것 보다 상당히, 훨씬 밝았으며, 시간에 따라서 빛이 들어오는 방향이 달라져 자연의 신비로움을 느낄 수 있었고, 가운데 기둥하나 없이 이 거대한 신전을 건축했다는 것이 정말 신기했답니다.

2천년의 역사가 있는 판테온 신전의 큰 기둥들은 이집트에서 가지고 왔다는데...

이집트에서 이곳 로마까지 어떻게 이 무거운 기둥들을 가지고 왔는지... 대단대단!! 신기신기!!

Today is the day of the Rome tour that I've been looking forward to!!
I woke up earlier in the morning than any other day, got ready, had breakfast, and got ready for the tour.
I think other people were looking forward to the Rome tour. I could feel everyone rushing early.

 

We went to the first "Mouth of Truth" and "Santa Maria in Cosmedin."
I remember the Roman pine trees that I saw everywhere on the move.

The cool pine trees with long stretches looked completely different from the pine trees in Korea.

 

It is said that Roman soldiers planted this pine tree while traveling during the war, and whenever they went on an expedition where the shade was hard to find, they took a rest in the shade of the pine tree.

I've only seen the mouth of truth in the movie Roman Holiday, but it's terrifying to see it in real life.

 

The mouth of truth is carved with the face of Triton, the god of the sea, on a large 1.5m marble disk at the entrance of the Santa Maria Inn Cosmedin Church.

Actually, when I saw it in the movie "Roman Holiday", I just laughed it off...

I'm actually trying to put my hand in Triton's mouth...
It makes me feel weird. Stop, stop!
If you put your hand in, and you take your hand out, it's nothing... You hesitated for a moment.

 

Now that I think about it, maybe it's because I'm overwhelmed by the size of the big face of Triton, the god of the sea ^^

In front of Truth's mouth, many people lined up to take pictures.

It was like taking a picture implicitly leaving the camera to the person standing in the line behind.

Thankfully, the last person in the line took the example and took all the pictures of them, and the guide took the pictures of them.

 

With the help of one person, many people saved time and filmed well comfortably.
I took a picture from the mouth of the truth, and I looked around in the church of the Santa Maria Inn Cosmedin.
People quietly took a tour around the small cathedral, and the Asiatic black bear trip quietly took a few pictures and came out of the cathedral.

 

In Rome, I got a personal receiver and enjoyed the tour while wearing it in my ear.
Rome itself is a museum, so it was very comfortable and nice to hear the guide's explanation in detail through the receiver.
I kept thinking that I wanted to use the receiver.
He took a personal receiver and started a Mercedes tour..

 

There were several black Mercedes vans ready, and about 6 to 8 people will drive together and start the Rome tour ♥

Go to the first place of the Mercedes tour, "Fantheon."

Pantheon is also a place I've only seen in movies, but when I see it in person, it's so cool that my mouth is wide open.

The Pantheon, a temple dedicated to all the gods of Rome, has no windows on its walls, only a nine-meter skylight in the middle dome, so light is only allowed to enter there.

 

The light coming through the 9m Okulus skylight was much brighter than I thought, and the way the light came in changed over time, so I could feel the mystery of nature, and it was amazing that this huge temple was built without a pillar in the middle.

The 2,000-year-old giant pillars of the Pantheon Temple were brought from Egypt...
How did you bring these heavy pillars from Egypt to Rome... Amazing! Amazing!!
It's a Pantheon temple where the closer you look, the larger you listen.
